class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Oficina de la Mujer present\u00f3 una propuesta para el desarrollo de Talleres de Perspectiva de G\u00e9nero destinado a participantes de los concursos p\u00fablicos para la designaci\u00f3n de Jueces, Defensores y Fiscales del Poder Judicial.<\/p><p>La misma se realiz\u00f3 en una reuni\u00f3n que tuvo lugar el pasado martes, 25 de octubre, por invitaci\u00f3n de la presidente del Tribunal de Evaluaci\u00f3n de los Concursos, Dra. Clara de Falcone, con el objeto de tratar temas relacionados con la capacitaci\u00f3n en materia de perspectiva de g\u00e9nero que como requisito excluyente exige el Reglamento de los Concursos.<\/p><p>En la oportunidad, la Dra. Beatriz Elizabeth Altamirano, representante de la Oficina de la Mujer de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, junto a la Directora de la OM de Jujuy, Lic. Erica Montenegro, expusieron ante los miembros del Tribunal de Evaluaci\u00f3n sobre el Curso \u201cAcceso a Justicia y G\u00e9nero\u201d dise\u00f1ado por la OM de la CSJN y aprobado por el Ministerio Nacional de las Mujeres mediante Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 64\/2021.<\/p><p>Al respecto, la Dra. Altamirano dijo que el mismo, en la actualidad, se imparte en el Consejo de la Magistratura de la Naci\u00f3n para la selecci\u00f3n de magistrados y magistradas.<\/p><p>En cuanto al contenido del curso, la jueza explic\u00f3 que se dicta de manera virtual en un aula proporcionada por la OM de la CSJN, y comprende cuatro m\u00f3dulos que se desarrollan durante un mes:<\/p><p>Modulo 1: Sensibilizaci\u00f3n en Perspectiva de G\u00e9nero Ley 27499<\/p><p>M\u00f3dulo 2: Taller de Violencia de G\u00e9nero y Violencia Dom\u00e9stica. Debida diligencia.<\/p><p>M\u00f3dulo 3: Identidad de G\u00e9nero en la Justicia.<\/p><p>M\u00f3dulo 4: Evaluaci\u00f3n final.<\/p><p>En la presentaci\u00f3n estuvieron los integrantes del Tribunal de Evaluaci\u00f3n: Dra. Mar\u00eda Silvia Bernal, jueza del Superior Tribunal de Justicia; Dra. Norma Issa, jueza de la C\u00e1mara en lo Civil y Comercial; el diputado provincial Ramiro Tiz\u00f3n; la vicepresidenta del Colegio de Abogados y Procuradores de Jujuy, Dra. Noem\u00ed Isasmendi, los Dres. Walter Barrionuevo, Agust\u00edn Gal\u00edndez, Daniel Su\u00e1rez y Javier Gronda, y la secretaria del Tribunal, Dra.
