ley a la que adhiri\u00f3 la provincia de Jujuy.<\/p><p>En ese marco, a lo largo del presente a\u00f1o, la Oficina de la Mujer ha capacitado al ochenta por ciento de los funcionarios y empleados del Centro Judicial San Salvador de Jujuy, mediante Talleres a cargo de replicadoras especializadas; el \u00faltimo de ellos se realiz\u00f3 el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles, 6 de noviembre.<\/p><p>Sobre el particular, la Dra. Beatriz Elizabeth Altamirano, juez del Superior Tribunal de Justicia y representante de la Oficina de la Mujer de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, expres\u00f3 que el objetivo es cumplir con la \u201cLey Micaela\u201d, por lo cual se lleva adelante un relevamiento del personal, fuero por fuero, con el fin de capacitar a la totalidad de los integrantes del Poder Judicial.<\/p><p>Destac\u00f3 que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la obligatoriedad impuesta por la ley, es de relevancia institucional que quienes trabajan en la Justicia adquieran conocimientos sobre perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y violencia dom\u00e9stica.<\/p><p>Cabe recordar, que el Instituto Nacional de las Mujeres es la autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley Micaela.<\/p><p>En cuanto a las personas que se negaren sin justa causa a realizar las capacitaciones, la norma legal establece que ser\u00e1n intimadas en forma fehaciente por la autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s y de conformidad con el organismo de que se trate.<\/p><p>El incumplimiento de dicha intimaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 considerado falta grave dando lugar a la sanci\u00f3n disciplinaria pertinente, siendo posible hacer p\u00fablica la negativa a participar en la capacitaci\u00f3n en la p\u00e1gina web del Instituto Nacional de las
