Elena Highton de Nolasco, vicepresidenta del m\u00e1ximo tribunal nacional, dio por finalizado ayer, 8 de octubre de 2020, el Ciclo de Actualizaci\u00f3n \u201cDerecho Penal y Perspectiva de G\u00e9nero\u201d, del que participaron integrantes de los poderes judiciales de todo el pa\u00eds, principalmente magistradas\/os y funcionarias\/os.<\/p><p>De la justicia juje\u00f1a asistieron las juezas Cecilia Sadir, del Tribunal en lo Criminal N\u00b02, Liliana Pellegrini y M\u00f3nica Cruz Mart\u00ednez, de los Juzgados de Violencia de G\u00e9nero.<\/p><p>El ciclo estuvo conformado por cuatro encuentros, dictados por especialistas en diferentes materias; inaugurando la actividad el titular del Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal N\u00b0 9, Fernando Ram\u00edrez, quien se refiri\u00f3 a la aplicaci\u00f3n de la figura de femicidio.<\/p><p>La segunda jornada estuvo a cargo de la jueza federal de Resistencia, Chaco, Zunilda Niremperger, quien expuso sobre la trata de personas con fines de explotaci\u00f3n sexual.<\/p><p>Por su parte, el pasado 1 de octubre, la fiscal Alejandra M\u00e1ngano se refiri\u00f3 a la trata de personas con fines de explotaci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p><p>Finalmente, ayer, 8 de octubre, la secretaria letrada de la Oficina de Violencia Dom\u00e9stica de la CSJN, Anal\u00eda Monferrer, abord\u00f3 el tema delitos vinculados a la violencia familiar.<\/p><p>Sobre la actividad, la Dra. Cecilia Sadir expres\u00f3 su benepl\u00e1cito y dijo \u201cla verdad, muy bueno el taller en Violencia y Femicidio que nos brinda la Oficina de la Mujer. Muy buen nivel acad\u00e9mico y excelente abordaje de la problem\u00e1tica de
